If you have a toddler or a preschooler, you probably sing Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood songs in your sleep. Daniel Tiger is life. When you don’t want to give your little one screen time with Daniel, you can give them Daniel Tiger toys to play with! Here are 15 of the best Daniel Tiger toys that your child will love.

Toot loves her Daniel Tiger toys. She’s been watching Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood since she was a baby. She started out liking the colors and songs, but now she really loves the characters. She wouldn’t be my child if she wasn’t obsessed with fictional characters. lol!
Bonus: I’ve actually learned a lot about parenting from watching Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood.
Hands down, it’s our favorite educational TV show for toddlers. So naturally, our house is filled with Daniel Tiger toys like these.
1. The Classic Daniel Tiger Plush Toy
This Daniel Tiger has 10 sayings and songs when you press his hand… or paw… I guess he is a tiger. He’s the perfect size stuffy. Your child will like playing pretend with him and can sleep with him because he’s soft.
2. Mini Plush Neighbors
We have a full set of the mini plush toys. My mom calls them “travel size” because they’re only 7 inches tall. (The big Daniel above is 12 inches.) You can get Daniel Tiger, Katerina, O the Owl, Miss Elena, Prince Wednesday, and Baby Margaret.
They don’t say anything, but they’re good for playing pretend and making them talk to each other. Toot also likes to line them up to make an audience for whatever she’s performing.
3. Daniel Tiger Colorforms
Do you remember Colorforms from when we were kids? I had Gumby, Ninja Turtles, and Scooby Doo ones. Well, they still make them! And we got this set for Toot’s third birthday. It comes with 54 restickable stickers and includes all of the characters like the parents and Baker Aker and Doctor Anna.
The box itself pops up the backgrounds into a easel so your toddler or preschooler can make their own scenes. We haven’t really used that part yet because she likes to stick them on her bedroom window. It gives her more room to play and she can mix them with her Paw Patrol ones.
4. Pull Back and Go Trolley
There’s just something about Trolley that all kids love. This little set comes with a Daniel Tiger toy and a Trolley that you can pull back and let go for a ride. DING DING!
5. Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Playset
This little playset lets your child move Daniel Tiger and Trolley around the neighborhood to the Museum Go Round, Prince Wednesday’s Castle, and the clock factory. And it sings! The Trolley recognizes each stop and has little sayings.
6. Friends and Stuffies Figures Set
Toot has been very into little figures recently. They’re great for building fine motor skills. This figure set is the Daniel Tiger friends and their matching stuffies. O the Owl isn’t in this set because he doesn’t have a stuffy, I guess. He just has books. But at least you get Baby Margaret and Pandy. This set is next on my “to buy” list for Toot because she loves Tigey so much.
7. Goodnight Daniel Tiger Toy
We got this Goodnight Daniel Tiger toy for her first birthday. When you squeeze his hand… paw… Mom Tiger sings the “Goodnight Daniel” song and Tigey glows blue. It’s very soothing. We used to rock her to sleep with it in her bouncer seat. We’d know she was really asleep when she stopped pressing the button.
This Daniel makes a great sleep buddy. Plus, I really like the Goodnight song.
8. Welcome to Mainstreet Board Game
This is a good way to introduce your child to games and the concept of winning and losing. It also teaches kids social skills. They travel all over the board collecting items for their backpacks and say “thank you.”
I wouldn’t get this game for a one-year-old or a two-year-old. This is more of a toy for three-year-olds and up. I mean you could start introducing it at two, but I wouldn’t expect them to completely get it until they’re closer to three.
9. Daniel Tiger’s Musical Instrument Playset
Ok, this is a great toy, but I’m going to tell you right now that it WILL get annoying. But in small doses, this is a super fun toy for toddlers who want to explore musical instruments. There’s an episode of Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood where the kids play instruments with Music Man Stan, and it’s a lot of fun to let your toddler play along with it.
10. 5 Minute Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Stories
I know this is a book and not a toy, but Daniel Tiger has some really good books that Toot loves to read. This is a compilation of 12 books. We got this book for her second birthday, and she requests Daniel Tiger stories all the time. Now that she’s three-years-old, she can thumb through it herself without hurting it.
11. Talking Katerina Kitty Cat Plush Toy
Just like the Daniel Tiger toy above, Katerina says several phrases when you squeeze her hand… PAW. Ok, they have paws. She says things like “JUNGLE DANCE!” and “Shake shake shake like a rattlesnake!” Your toddler will love her sayings. Toot does.
12. Daniel Tiger’s Cellphone
What toddler doesn’t love pretending to play phone? Toot likes to call and talk to Daniel Tiger and Miss Elena. (Her faves) I’ve heard her talking about Tigey with Daniel. Yay for building social skills!
13. Daniel Tiger’s Family Figure Set
Can you tell we love figures in our house? This is an Amazon exclusive set. Most sets of Daniel Tiger toys come in sets of 5. This one is a set of 10. And it comes with Tigey and Pandy! Tigey is one of Toot’s favorite characters.
14. Daniel Tiger Halloween or Pretend Play Costume
Why not dress up as Daniel while you’re playing with your Daniel Tiger toys? Yes, this is a Halloween costume, but it’s awesome for pretend play too. And you can get it for young toddlers in a 2T size up to preschoolers and even kindergartners size 4-6.
15. Deluxe Electronic Trolley
Your child can push a button on this Trolley to make it light up and move forward. Then another button makes it sing the neighborhood song and the stop and listen song. And there are buttons for the characters who say things. It comes with Daniel and Mom Tiger. And Daniel can be a crossing guard. Yay for safety!

Okay, number 3 looks seriously amazing. How have I not seen this yet? My son doesn’t really love to play with just toys (he likes games or art or Legos), so we don’t have any of these. But I have been eyeballing that game and have it on his Amazon wishlist.
And no joke, I have that costume in my Amazon cart because at the moment, that’s what he wants to be for Halloween. I should probably buy it before it gets closer to Halloween. I’ll click through here though because, fellow mama and blogger love. 🙂
Yay for Daniel Tiger!
