Preschoolers are now obsessed with these LOL Surprise dolls. Blind bag toys or surprise toys are the biggest thing for some reason. I blame YouTube.
If LOL is a staple in your child’s life, here’s a dollhouse that comes with 85 surprises!
It’s about 3 feet by 3 feet, and it has lights and sounds.
It also has a pool, sandbox, spa, helipad, and an elevator. Everything you’d want when house shopping.
I think the most unique thing about this dollhouse is that it comes with a “moving truck” filled with boxes to unpack. That’s what the surprises are. It’s really cute.

How could we have a best dollhouse list without mentioning Elsa’s castle?
Frozen II is Disney’s big holiday movie this year and they’re really upping their merchandise game.
This castle dollhouse is 5 feet tall and 4 feet wide. And it fits the Barbie sized Frozen dolls.
It also has a movable balcony that is also an elevator. It has a stand for your dolls so they don’t fall over when they go up and down.
The frozen gates are also movable.
This is one dollhouse that I wouldn’t get for a toddler, though. I’d give this to a three or four year old or older. There are lots of moving parts that I feel like a toddler would break easily.
