Have you ever wanted customized books where your child’s name and photo are right there in the story? Kids just love seeing themselves in the books they read. And they make great gifts. I found some books you can customize just in time for the holidays!

1. We Hope You Remember
This is the Kabook! that we have. You get to add a photo of your baby on every page. It’s the most customizable children’s book I’ve ever seen.
We Hope You Remember is supposed to be all newborn photos but I added a bunch from her first 3 years because I had quite a few that I really liked. Plus they fit the prompts.

Each of these books asks you for certain information or certain pictures so they go along with the story. This one asks for certain baby photos like a first milestone or a photo with a pet.
You can preview every page in the book so you know exactly what you’re getting. And it filters your photos to make it blend with the scheme of the book. It’s super cute!

We really love this book and how it’s written. The whole premise is about how you hope your baby remembers all of the cute things they did and all of the cuddles you gave. Obviously, your baby won’t actually remember being a baby. But with all of the photos, it can feel like they remember!

2. The List – A Christmas Customized Book
The List is a cute Christmas story about the naughty and nice list. Your child’s page on the list goes missing so the elves don’t know if they’ve been naughty or nice. They have to search the whole North Pole for the page!
This is the easiest of the customized books. It only takes a couple of minutes and just requires one photo and some basic information. You can preview the whole book and make sure the photo looks good.

3. Wanted! The Girl or Boy who Saved the Kingdom
You only need one photo for this custom kids book, too. But you get to fill in a lot of information about your child and their favorite things. Then your answers are weaved into the book.
This is a fun book because you also get to put your little one’s best friend’s name in it! You can also use a sibling’s name.
The story is about a kingdom searching for the boy or girl that can save it. A witch cast a spell and frogs are running rampant.
Your photo gets transformed into a drawing on a WANTED poster. I was really impressed by the way it looked when I uploaded a photo of Toot.
The town searches for your child by asking everyone if they’ve seen him or her and that she likes this food or this color. It’s really cute.

4. Hornswoggled!
Hornswoggled is a fun pirate adventure and your child can help you design it. You’ll need them to take certain pictures like miming “look,” “behind,” and “house.”
You can take the photos without giving away what they’re for if you want to keep the book a surprise. But you probably won’t have the specific photos they ask for.
And you get to be in the book! On the last page there’s a wanted poster with your face that says “look out for the kissy tickle monster!”
