One Simple Way to Save Money on Diapers

Diapers are a necessary evil. You need them and you need a lot of them. (Unless you’re a superhero and use cloth diapers. Go you but I have no energy or time for that.) So since you need a bunch of them, you’re probably wondering how to save money on them. Here’s the one thing I do.

One Simple Way to Save Money on Diapers | Diapers can be expensive. Here's one little tip to save money and time. Featuring Huggies Little Movers #BiggestPackEver

Buy in Bulk!

So you probably don’t want to buy newborn diapers in bulk. You’ll probably only need about 50 of those. But once you get to the larger sizes like 3, 4, and 5, You gotta buy in bulk to save money. I know it sounds counterintuitive, but when you buy a lot of something, companies give you a bit of discount since you’re such a good shopper.

Where do I get these bulk diapers?

Well, when you think buying in bulk, you think Sam’s Club! My family has been shopping there for years. We even have a small business membership so we can shop earlier than the crowds! You can find your local Sam’s Club here. And you can take a look at their membership benefits. (Other than in-store free samples. Those are my fave.)

What’s the best bulk diaper deal?

If you want to go big, go biggest. The biggest pack ever is Huggies® Little Movers Two Month Supply. It’s only available for a limited time, and It comes with 312 size 4 diapers.

Even if your little one isn’t in size 4 yet, you can still stock up now. Size 4 is where they stay for a long time. Toot has been in size 4 for about 6 months. The weight guide on it says 22-37lbs so size 4 is the one you’ll need the most of. Plus, I found out that if your baby is leaking in the middle of the night, use a diaper that’s one size up because it will absorb more. Toot sleeps 12 hours overnight so she’s been sleeping in size 4 for about 8 months.

How much do I save?

With the Huggies® Little Movers Two Month Supply box specifically, you save over $115 per year! It even says that right on the box! You end up paying a little less than 20 cents per diaper. Compare that to other brands’ boxes that are a third the size (because they don’t have anything bigger) at 30-31 cents per diaper. That really adds up when you’re buying hundreds!

Plus, since they’re available at Sam’s Club, you get an instant savings of $6! No coupon required. It just automatically takes it off at the register before you pay. I was pleasantly surprised to see my total drop!

What else do you save by buying in bulk? TIME!

You don’t have to run to the store every week to buy more diapers. With this box, not even every month! Especially if you buy two or three of these boxes, you’re set for months! That’s more time you can spend with your little one. Or more time you can spend trying to get the spit up or applesauce off of your $25 leggings. Personally, I’d take the extra time to sleep!

Do you have a Sam’s Club near you so you can take advantage of this limited time deal?

I love Sam’s club. We buy so much there, especially baby needs and meat lol they alwaya have great deals and the new scan an go app is amazing. You just scan with your phone as you put items in the cart and pay with a card on your phone so you don’t have to stand in any long checkout lines!
