Counting down the days to your due date is like counting down to the best Christmas morning of your life.

I designed a printable calendar that will tell you how many days you have left until your due date. And it’s free!

Free Pregnancy Countdown Calendar Printable

The calendar starts on week 5 and goes through week 40.

You don’t know you’re pregnant the first 4 weeks. Technically, you’re not even pregnant the first two weeks at all. It’s just the beginning of your cycle.

So I didn’t bother putting weeks 1 through 4 on it in case you’re wondering why it starts on week 5.

How to Use this Pregnancy Countdown Calendar

You have a few options depending on your preferences.

The easiest thing to do is just X off each day to count down the days until your due date.

Check marks or drawing hearts work too.

You could use stickers or stamps to mark off each day if you want something a little prettier than Xes or check marks.

Add important dates to it

The calendar doesn’t actually have dates on it because everyone’s due date is different.

If you want to add important dates to your calendar, you could figure out how pregnant you’ll be at the time and write it in.

Or count the days until it happens and write it in the box.

Dates you can add to your pregnancy countdown calendar:

Use it as a keepsake

You can keep little notes on it like “felt first kicks” or “craved pineapple pizza” as a reminder to yourself and something to show your child when they’re older.

Keep it with your other keepsake books. If you don’t have any yet, here are some good ones that your child will love when they’re older.

You can print it out as many times as you need to. Don’t worry about messing it up. You can always make more.
